Do you ship internationally?
I ship everywhere! However only Canadian orders are eligible for free shipping
Can I order more than one name on a single piece?
This is tricky because the answer is both yes and no. I am happy to do more than one name on pieces larger than 6 inches (15cm) across, but necklace pendants, keychains, and ornaments are all ineligible for this option.
I have a question that I can't find the answer to here, how long does it take to receive a reply?
I will do my best to respond as soon as I can. Please allow for 2-5 business days for a response.
Does spelling make a difference in what colour a name is?
No! Because I have sound-colour synesthesia, spelling makes no difference to the colours of a word/name, only pronunciation. If you've found a name portrait in the shop and you're not sure if it's correct, feel free to send a message to ask for confirmation!
Can I know the colours of my name before I order?
Unfortunately there are too many people wanting to know what colours their names are for me to respond to every inquiry like this. If there is a particular colour that you don't like, please make a note of it when placing your order, and if your name happens to be that colour, I will work with you to find a suitable alternative that is to your liking.
